HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
The price for shipping for all European orders is included in the purchase price. All goods are fully insured.
All products from our online shop are shipped from our DK workshop in Elsinore, using a 2 - 4 day delivery service from Postdanmark. This service includes a refund guarantee should you incur any VAT or DUTY.

SECURE ORDERING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments are processed in real time by PayPAl a safe and trusted option used worldwide. Please note that our trading name that will appear on your bank statement isulrichristensen ApS. We accept bank transfers worldwide and all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Diners and JCB. We also accept payments via bank transfer, please email info@ulrichristensen.dk for more information on this option or if you have any queries regarding payment options.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Take the risk out of your online shopping with us with our 65 DAY RETURNS POLICY. Simply package up the goods that you wish to return and send them to us at: Ulrich&christensen, Brostraede 4A, 3000 Elsinore, Denmark.
We will pay for return shipping if we have sent you the wrong item or if the product is defective in any way. Otherwise, you will have to pay for the shipping of returned goods. You can contact us if you would like us to help you find the most cost-effective way to send goods back to us.
Goods must be in original condition and include their original packaging.
Should your goods be in any way defective we will offer a full refund or replacement - which ever you prefer. We will also refund the return shipping costs for any defective products.
